On January 13, 2026, AIDEA gave itself a 27-day extension to respond. On February 9, 2026, the 27th day, AIDEA requested Local 23 narrow its request for e-mail records.
Local 23 responded the following day with a narrowed request, and demanded AIDEA immediately produce the operating agreement with JAG:
On February 19, 2026, AIDEA granted itself another 20 business days to respond, without addressing Local 23’s demand for immediate production of the JAG contract.
